A cultura pode desgastar o melhor das pessoas. Al\u00e9m disso, assumir a cultura como um ex\u00e9rcito de um s\u00f3 \u00e9 uma miss\u00e3o imposs\u00edvel.\u201d<br \/><br \/>Mas \u00e9 realmente imposs\u00edvel executar e alcan\u00e7ar os resultados desejados nessa cultura?<br \/><br \/>O cerne da quest\u00e3o \u00e9 a maneira como voc\u00ea est\u00e1 pensando, que orienta suas a\u00e7\u00f5es, que por sua vez impactam o mundo comportamental ao seu redor.<br \/><br \/>E se voc\u00ea n\u00e3o assumir a cultura como um ex\u00e9rcito de um, com a miss\u00e3o de derrot\u00e1-la (um empreendimento enorme e provavelmente imposs\u00edvel a curto ou m\u00e9dio prazo)? E se voc\u00ea mudasse seu foco de mudar a cultura para mudar a si mesmo e como voc\u00ea pensa e funciona na cultura?<br \/><br \/>Sim. Voc\u00ea est\u00e1 no meio de uma cultura dif\u00edcil. Essa \u00e9 a realidade. No entanto,\u00a0<strong><em>se voc\u00ea est\u00e1 preso ou n\u00e3o, depende de voc\u00ea.<\/em><\/strong><br \/><br \/><strong>O poder de um<\/strong><br \/><br \/>Como voc\u00ea aborda a situa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 tudo.<br \/><br \/>Quando voc\u00ea chega a isso, estamos sozinhos. Uma cultura dif\u00edcil \u00e9 uma delas. Ent\u00e3o voc\u00ea pode reclamar sobre isso, v\u00ea-lo como sem esperan\u00e7a e apenas seguir em frente. Afinal, n\u00e3o \u00e9 sua culpa. Voc\u00ea n\u00e3o criou essa cultura \u2026\u2026\u2026<br \/><br \/>Ou voc\u00ea pode assumir a responsabilidade por sua situa\u00e7\u00e3o e assumir o compromisso de se destacar apesar das circunst\u00e2ncias.<br \/><br \/>Assumir a responsabilidade e assumir um compromisso s\u00e3o extremamente poderosos. Ele est\u00e1 pensando: \u201cN\u00e3o recebo o suficiente para resolver esses problemas. Sou apenas um gerente de filial em uma ag\u00eancia dos correios local.\u201d<br \/><br \/>Mas e se ele mudasse de ideia?<br \/><br \/><strong><em>ele pode escolher<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0pensar: \u201cSou um gerente local no USPS. Sei que os Correios t\u00eam problemas, mas isso n\u00e3o vai me impedir. Isso \u00e9\u00a0<strong><em>meu<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0filial, e vou torn\u00e1-la a melhor filial do pa\u00eds.\u201d<br \/><br \/>Suponha que ele decida examinar detalhadamente os problemas que sua filial est\u00e1 enfrentando. E se o gerente criasse seu pr\u00f3prio sistema de encaminhamento de correspond\u00eancia local, colocasse alguns cartazes em sua ag\u00eancia para anunci\u00e1-lo e fizesse com que sua equipe informasse os clientes sobre isso e distribu\u00edsse um folheto simples mostrando os detalhes?<br \/><br \/>E se ele criasse uma caixa de sugest\u00f5es para seus clientes e realmente seguisse suas sugest\u00f5es?<br \/><br \/>Aposto que sua filial logo obteria grande cobertura da m\u00eddia local, o que criaria empolga\u00e7\u00e3o e alimentaria uma espiral ascendente para ele e sua equipe, levando a uma execu\u00e7\u00e3o ainda melhor.<br \/><br \/>Ent\u00e3o, produza resultados surpreendentes em seu pr\u00f3prio canto.<br \/><br \/>Crie sua pr\u00f3pria vis\u00e3o para o seu departamento. Seja breve e concentre-se em apenas alguns pontos-chave. Inclua uma estrat\u00e9gia simples de como voc\u00ea planeja alcan\u00e7\u00e1-lo para que todos saibam que \u00e9 poss\u00edvel. Apresente a vis\u00e3o para sua equipe. Mostrar a eles que voc\u00ea est\u00e1 empolgado vai deix\u00e1-los empolgados... e querer fazer parte disso. Eles estar\u00e3o todos alinhados, prontos para puxar na mesma dire\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/><br \/>Ent\u00e3o execute. Fa\u00e7a.<br \/><br \/>Mantenha simples. Comece com um elemento da vis\u00e3o de cada vez. Certifique-se de que todos entendam exatamente o que \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio em detalhes e que cada pessoa tenha a capacidade de executar a tarefa da maneira que precisa ser feita e fique por dentro at\u00e9 que seja conclu\u00edda.
