Se si ha a cuore la sicurezza, \u00e8 probabile che vedere qualcuno che agisce in modo non sicuro provochi, nella migliore delle ipotesi, un certo grado di disappunto. Spesso, soprattutto per coloro che potrebbero subire le conseguenze di quel comportamento non sicuro, la reazione pi\u00f9 probabile \u00e8 la frustrazione e la rabbia.\u00a0

Giustamente.\u00a0

Quando arriva il momento di dire qualcosa, sia come intervento che come discussione a posteriori, farlo bene in queste circostanze pu\u00f2 essere brutalmente difficile. E un intervento arrabbiato rischia di fare pi\u00f9 male che bene.

Quando si sa che questo \u00e8 il caso, avere una strategia aiuta a garantire che ci\u00f2 non accada.\u00a0

Per quanto riguarda l'aspetto di una strategia di successo, il primo passo \u00e8 ricordare ci\u00f2 che conta di pi\u00f9:<\/p>

  • Il primo \u00e8 che nessuno si \u00e8 fatto male, ammesso che sia cos\u00ec.<\/li>
  • Il secondo \u00e8 che nessuno si faccia male in futuro.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>

    Con questo in mente, anche quando le emozioni sono alte, \u00e8 probabile che si risponda meglio. E spesso poche parole per riconoscere ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 successo sono pi\u00f9 che sufficienti per cambiare le cose.\u00a0<\/p>
