Il che ci porta al caso di studio di oggi.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=mIGEfluhWRY\"><u>Il caso<\/u><\/a>&nbsp;\u00e8 avvenuto in una stazione dei pompieri, dove i pompieri e i paramedici eseguono regolarmente la manutenzione di routine sui loro camion e sulle loro attrezzature. Il problema? Un camion dei pompieri con la batteria scarica, situata nel vano motore sotto la cabina. Per un soccorritore addestrato a lavorare nelle situazioni pi\u00f9 pericolose, sostituire una batteria sembrerebbe un compito semplice e relativamente sicuro.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Questa volta non lo era.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Quanto a quanto accaduto, mentre un addetto alla manutenzione e il paramedico stavano ottenendo il numero di modello della batteria per procurarsene una sostitutiva, il sistema di sollevamento idraulico che solleva la cabina si \u00e8 guastato. Il paramedico \u00e8 rimasto schiacciato tra la cabina da 2.500 libbre e il vano motore.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Un incidente tragico, davvero.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;indagine condotta dall&#039;Arizona Division of Occupational Safety and Health ha rilevato che non esisteva alcuna documentazione attestante che il sistema idraulico fosse stato precedentemente ispezionato. Il dipartimento dei vigili del fuoco \u00e8 stato multato per non aver adottato procedure per garantire che l&#039;autopompa fosse sicura da riparare e manutenere.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lezioni apprese, caso
