Poche settimane fa un condominio residenziale \u00e8 crollato, in modo catastrofico e tragico, ma assolutamente non inaspettato. Se hai seguito la storia, sai che c'erano molti avvertimenti. Ma per un motivo o per l'altro, i responsabili non hanno fatto nulla.
