Ils n&#039;ont pas fait ce que nous avions demand\u00e9, \u00e0 savoir \u00abmettre le client en premier\u00bb. \u00bb<\/span><\/p><p id=\"u77801-22\" class=\"normal1\"><span id=\"u77801-21\" class=\"Normal\">Gerstner a poursuivi: \u00abCe n&#039;est pas la premi\u00e8re fois que je vois des chefs d&#039;entreprise bl\u00e2mer une faille dans la\u00ab culture \u00bbpour des lacunes majeures dans les performances de leur entreprise.\u00bb<\/span><\/p><p id=\"u77801-24\" class=\"normal1\"><span id=\"u77801-23\" class=\"Normal\">Pensez \u00e0 ceci: voici un ancien PDG de haut niveau qui appelle un autre PDG (\u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9poque, actuel) pour avoir jet\u00e9 ses employ\u00e9s sous le bus. Pour ne pas \u00abhonorer la culture\u00bb. Dans le Wall Street Journal, rien de moins. Dans l&#039;autre coin: l&#039;ancien PDG de Computer and Cookie Company qui \u00e9crit, si vous voulez comprendre la vraie culture, &quot;ne regardez pas l&#039;\u00e9nonc\u00e9 de valeur dans le nouveau manuel de l&#039;employ\u00e9.&quot;<\/span><\/p><p id=\"u77801-34\" class=\"normal1\"><span id=\"u77801-33\" class=\"Normal\">Des mots, des mots, des mots. Dans la plupart des endroits, la culture ne ressemble en rien \u00e0 ce que les dirigeants veulent qu&#039;elle soit\u2026 ou m\u00eame pensent qu&#039;elle pourrait \u00eatre.<\/span><\/p><p id=\"u77801-40\" class=\"normal1\"><span id=\"u77801-39\" class=\"Normal\">Mais c&#039;est r\u00e9el. Et vraiment important. Et souvent un vrai probl\u00e8me pour ceux qui sont directement responsables de faire le travail. Fait en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p id=\"u77801-42\" class=\"normal1\"><span id=\"u77801-41\" class=\"Normal\">Sans parler de ceux qui sont au sommet, qui pourraient \u00eatre choqu\u00e9s - ou m\u00eame licenci\u00e9s, comme l&#039;a finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 le PDG de la banque de d\u00e9tail - pour ce qu&#039;\u00e9tait VRAIMENT la culture de son entreprise. La culture est la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des choses. Si vous voulez conna\u00eetre la culture, tout ce que vous avez \u00e0 faire est de chercher la culture. Ne vous emb\u00eatez pas avec les valeurs aberrantes: ce que font le meilleur et le pire. Regardez ce que la plupart des gens font. Sur les choses qui comptent, pour vous et pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. La plupart des gens signalent-ils des quasi-accidents? Enroulez les tuyaux? Rangez les choses? Accrochez-vous aux mains courantes? Compl\u00e9tez soigneusement les listes de contr\u00f4le? Suivre fid\u00e8lement le processus JSA? Vous vous pr\u00e9sentez \u00e0 l&#039;heure aux r\u00e9unions? Faites attention lors des r\u00e9unions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9?<\/span><\/p><p id=\"u77801-50\" class=\"normal1\"><span id=\"u77801-49\" class=\"Normal\">Telles sont vos \u00abdimensions culturelles\u00bb - fantaisie pour le comportement collectif sur une question particuli\u00e8re. Recueillez des donn\u00e9es, regardez-les honn\u00eatement, et vous \u00eates sur la bonne voie pour conna\u00eetre votre culture. Vous pourriez aimer ce que vous voyez; tu ne devrais pas. Mais c&#039;est ce que c&#039;est.<\/span><\/p><p id=\"u77801-52\" class=\"normal1\"><span id=\"u77801-51\" class=\"Normal\">Ce n&#039;est pas sorcier. C&#039;est comme nager en amont: lutter contre le courant n\u00e9cessite un \u00e9norme investissement d&#039;\u00e9nergie pour rester simplement l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l&#039;on est, et encore moins progresser en amont.<\/span><\/p><p id=\"u77801-58\" class=\"normal1\"><span id=\"u77801-57\" class=\"Normal\">D&#039;un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, quand un cadre dit: \u00abNous devons cr\u00e9er une culture o\u00f9\u2026.\u00bb ils ont presque toujours tort. C&#039;est parce qu&#039;il existe d\u00e9j\u00e0 une culture.
