Alors, <\/span><span id=\"u79770-22\" class=\"Normal\">pourquoi quelqu&#039;un devrait-il croire que l&#039;une de ces \u00absolutions\u00bb fonctionnerait r\u00e9ellement comme pr\u00e9vu?<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"u79770-25\" class=\"normal1\"><span id=\"u79770-24\" class=\"Normal\">Une sacr\u00e9e bonne question!<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"u79770-27\" class=\"normal1\"><strong><span id=\"u79770-26\" class=\"Paragraph-Title\">L&#039;interview du PDG<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"u79770-29\" class=\"normal1\"><span id=\"u79770-28\" class=\"Normal\">Les journalistes posent des questions pour gagner leur vie. L&#039;une des choses importantes est que (sur) mon \u00e9quipe de direction, nous poss\u00e9dons les r\u00e9sultats de l&#039;organisation. Tous les r\u00e9sultats, pas seulement financiers, mais des r\u00e9sultats de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"u79770-49\" class=\"normal1\"><span id=\"u79770-48\" class=\"Normal\">Les dirigeants qui dirigent l&#039;op\u00e9ration sont propri\u00e9taires des r\u00e9sultats, qu&#039;ils soient bons ou mauvais. Alors, quel est le plan pour changer ces mauvais r\u00e9sultats en bons r\u00e9sultats? Mais s&#039;il n&#039;est pas ex\u00e9cut\u00e9, ce ne sera pas le cas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"u79770-51\" class=\"normal1\"><span id=\"u79770-50\" class=\"Normal\">Quel est le plan pour s&#039;assurer que ce plan est ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 comme il se doit?<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"u79770-53\" class=\"normal1\"><span id=\"u79770-52\" class=\"Normal\">Une tr\u00e8s bonne question.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"u79770-55\" class=\"normal1\"><strong><span id=\"u79770-54\" class=\"Paragraph-Title\">Leadership en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"u79770-58\" class=\"normal1\"><span id=\"u79770-56\" class=\"Normal\">\u00abMon patron veut que je vous demande:\u00ab Qu&#039;est-ce que le leadership en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9? \u00bb<\/span><span id=\"u79770-57\" class=\"Normal\"> \u00c0 vrai dire, j&#039;\u00e9tais le professeur qui recevait cette question. Tout d&#039;abord, c&#039;est une bonne r\u00e9flexion de la part de ce leader, sur un sujet qui ne demande rien de moins. Jeu juste de demander \u00e0 un consultant qui parle, \u00e9crit et enseigne le leadership en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"u79770-60\" class=\"normal1\"><span id=\"u79770-59\" class=\"Normal\">Quant \u00e0 la r\u00e9ponse, ce n&#039;est pas si difficile - si vous portez attention \u00e0 ce que W. Edwards Deming avait \u00e0 dire sur le sujet. Deming a observ\u00e9: \u00abTout travail est un processus.\u00bb Il parlait de l&#039;am\u00e9lioration des processus et de la qualit\u00e9 des produits, mais il aurait tout aussi bien pens\u00e9 au leadership en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"u79770-62\" class=\"normal1\"><span id=\"u79770-61\" class=\"Normal\">En termes simples, un processus convertit les entr\u00e9es en sorties. En mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, si vous commencez par le haut, le r\u00e9sultat du processus de leadership en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 se trouve \u00e0 la fin de chaque journ\u00e9e: qui rentre bien vivant chez lui et qui ne le fait pas.
