Une hypoth\u00e8se est une chose accept\u00e9e comme vraie sans v\u00e9rification ni preuve.<br \/><br \/>Autrement dit, les attentes guident notre r\u00e9flexion. Une attente est une pr\u00e9diction. Les hypoth\u00e8ses remplacent notre r\u00e9flexion. Une hypoth\u00e8se est une conclusion non v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e.<br \/><br \/>Cette distinction peut sembler mineure et technique. Alors pourquoi en faire tout un plat ?<br \/><br \/>Avec le temps, les attentes peuvent devenir des hypoth\u00e8ses. Lorsque cela se produit, nous cessons de regarder. Nous cessons de remarquer. Il s'agit d'avoir un autre type d'attente.<br \/><br \/>Lorsque nous pensons que tout est d\u00e9j\u00e0 s\u00fbr, notre attention diminue. Lorsque nous pensons que la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 doit \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e, notre attention s'aiguise.<br \/><br \/>Les personnes les plus s\u00fbres ne sont pas les plus m\u00e9fiantes ou les plus prudentes. Ce sont celles dont les attentes les poussent \u00e0 rester vigilantes.<br \/><br \/>Car en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, l'\u00e9tat d'esprit le plus puissant est peut-\u00eatre le suivant : S'attendre \u00e0 ce que les choses soient correctes.
