Dans cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement, le rapport indiquait que :<\/p>

  • Des op\u00e9rations de grue simultan\u00e9es ont eu lieu<\/li>
  • L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement s'est produit juste avant 2 heures du matin<\/li>
  • Des centaines de travailleurs \u00e9taient sur place 24 heures sur 24<\/li><\/ul>

    Quant \u00e0 ce qui s'est pass\u00e9, selon un rapport ult\u00e9rieur, \u00ab Il y avait une charge sur la grue qui a manifestement \u00e9chou\u00e9, la charge est tomb\u00e9e et a heurt\u00e9 l'\u00e9chafaudage de la plate-forme, provoquant son basculement \u00bb.<\/p>

    Cela peut ressembler \u00e0 une s\u00e9ance de d\u00e9cryptage du lundi matin, mais une question l\u00e9gitime \u00e0 toujours se poser apr\u00e8s coup est la suivante : \u00ab Y avait-il des signes avant-coureurs qui, s\u2019ils \u00e9taient pris au s\u00e9rieux, auraient pu contribuer \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir cet incident ? \u00bb<\/p>

    Cette question soul\u00e8ve une deuxi\u00e8me question concernant les conditions et les \u00e9v\u00e9nements mineurs ayant peu de cons\u00e9quences : l\u2019absence de cons\u00e9quences signifie-t-elle qu\u2019ils ne doivent pas \u00eatre pris au s\u00e9rieux ?<\/p>

    La r\u00e9ponse est \u00e9vidente, n'est-ce pas\u00a0? Ce n'est pas parce qu'aucun \u00e9v\u00e9nement malheureux ne s'est produit que rien de grave n'aurait pu se produire, ou ne se produira \u00e0 l'avenir.<\/p>
