Pouvez-vous nous aider\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><p>Les dangers sont l&#039;alpha et l&#039;om\u00e9ga de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 industrielle. Sans eux, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 n&#039;aurait plus de raison d&#039;\u00eatre. Chacun pourrait alors se consacrer pleinement \u00e0 la fabrication du produit, \u00e0 la prestation du service et \u00e0 la satisfaction des clients et des propri\u00e9taires. C&#039;est une belle id\u00e9e, mais les dangers sont in\u00e9vitables, et lorsqu&#039;un bless\u00e9 survient, il y a toujours un danger.<\/p><p>Notre aide se pr\u00e9sente sous la forme d&#039;un cours appel\u00e9\u00a0<strong>Reconna\u00eetre ce qui peut faire mal\u00a0<u>Nous<\/u><\/strong>. Si quelqu&#039;un ne comprend pas ce qu&#039;il fait et ne peut le faire en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en classe, bonne chance dans le monde r\u00e9el des op\u00e9rations.<\/p><p>En passant, vous venez de lire la norme selon laquelle juger n\u2019importe quel cours de formation.<\/p><p>J&#039;aime consid\u00e9rer les participants aux cours comme des \u00e9tudiants\u00a0: des personnes passionn\u00e9es par un sujet. Pour quiconque travaille pour gagner sa vie \u2013 quel que soit son m\u00e9tier \u2013, rien n&#039;est plus important que ce qui peut lui faire du mal. Si vous en doutez, demandez conseil \u00e0 quelqu&#039;un dont la vie a \u00e9t\u00e9 boulevers\u00e9e par un accident du travail. Il vous expliquera tout ce que vous devez comprendre.<\/p><p>C\u2019est l\u2019argument en faveur de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p><p>Comparez une salle de classe remplie de dirigeants apprenant \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les performances en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 avec une salle de collaborateurs apprenant \u00e0 identifier les risques potentiels\u00a0: les points communs sont \u00e9vidents. Une chose sera radicalement diff\u00e9rente, et ce n&#039;est pas ce que vous imaginez. Au d\u00e9part, tous ceux qui assistent \u00e0 une formation \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sont sceptiques\u00a0; qui pourrait les en bl\u00e2mer\u00a0? C&#039;est une\u00a0<em>entra\u00eenement<\/em>\u00a0classe; le sujet est\u00a0<em>s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/em>; Savez-vous \u00e9peler \u00ab ennuyeux \u00bb\u00a0? C&#039;est ce qui se passe ensuite qui est important \u00e0 comprendre.<\/p><p>Si les leaders et leurs collaborateurs b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient tous de l&#039;apprentissage, les leaders ont en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 besoin d&#039;aide. Leurs collaborateurs sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d&#039;avis\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Je sais parfaitement reconna\u00eetre ce qui peut nuire.\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0<em>moi<\/em>Ce sont tous les autres qui n&#039;ont aucune id\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Et ce n&#039;est pas\u00a0<em>mon<\/em>\u00a0probl\u00e8me.&quot;<\/p><p>C&#039;est un gros probl\u00e8me. Si vous \u00eates leur chef, c&#039;est votre probl\u00e8me.<\/p><p><strong>Les critiques critiquent<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00c0 la lecture des rapports sur les blessures, on comprend la conclusion d&#039;un dirigeant\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Mes collaborateurs ont besoin d&#039;aide pour reconna\u00eetre ce qui peut leur nuire.\u00a0\u00bb Le pr\u00e9judice est d\u00fb \u00e0 un danger\u00a0; il n&#039;\u00e9tait pas intentionnel\u00a0; le manque de reconnaissance faisait forc\u00e9ment partie du probl\u00e8me. Une conclusion raisonnable, mais elle soul\u00e8ve la question de savoir ce que signifie r\u00e9ellement reconna\u00eetre un danger\u00a0: ne pas l&#039;avoir vu venir \u2013 ou autre chose\u00a0?<\/p><p>Notre cours n&#039;est pas th\u00e9orique. Nous enseignons la reconnaissance des dangers \u00e0 l&#039;aide de dizaines de cas r\u00e9els, souvent tir\u00e9s des activit\u00e9s de nos clients. Si vous avez assist\u00e9 aux centaines de cours de reconnaissance des dangers que nous avons dispens\u00e9s, vous constaterez qu&#039;il n&#039;y a pas de probl\u00e8me de reconnaissance.\u00a0<\/p><p>C&#039;est exactement le contraire : collectivement, une classe de participants vous montrera qu&#039;ils sont des g\u00e9nies de la reconnaissance des dangers. Peu importe qu&#039;ils observent les dangers familiers rencontr\u00e9s dans leur activit\u00e9 ou ceux totalement inconnus que nous apportons pour les exercices pratiques. Le pouvoir de l&#039;observation collective est stup\u00e9fiant\u00a0; en un \u00e9clair, ils commenceront \u00e0 rep\u00e9rer les plus petits dangers et d\u00e9fauts, simplement en regardant une image.\u00a0<\/p><p>Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves n&#039;ont m\u00eame pas besoin qu&#039;on leur demande\u00a0: ils affichent une photo et s&#039;effacent. C&#039;est la chose la plus simple que j&#039;aie jamais enseign\u00e9e. Ils verront des choses invisibles \u00e0 l&#039;\u0153il nu, comme la frustration, la pr\u00e9cipitation et la pression du patron.\u00a0<\/p><p>Le plus difficile est d&#039;amener ses abonn\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre bienveillants envers les autres\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0N&#039;oubliez pas que cette personne essaie de faire son travail sans se blesser. Ne la traitez pas d&#039;idiote.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><p>Ou pire.<\/p><p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9\u00a0: si l&#039;on d\u00e9finit la reconnaissance comme \u00ab\u00a0le fait de signaler le danger\u00a0\u00bb \u2013 souvent par le biais d&#039;une accusation \u2013, la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre n&#039;est pas le probl\u00e8me. Mais ne croyez pas qu&#039;il n&#039;y a pas de probl\u00e8me, ni qu&#039;une formation ne soit pas n\u00e9cessaire pour y rem\u00e9dier.<\/p><p><strong>Reconna\u00eetre d\u00e9fini\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>Lorsqu&#039;un \u00e9l\u00e8ve pense : \u00ab Je sais parfaitement reconna\u00eetre un danger \u00bb, il a raison. Si la reconnaissance \u00e9tait un exercice collectif universitaire r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans l&#039;espace s\u00e9curis\u00e9 d&#039;une salle de classe, tout le monde serait sur la liste du doyen. Mais pour cette mati\u00e8re, l&#039;examen final est administr\u00e9 sur le terrain, en situation r\u00e9elle et en temps r\u00e9el. Ainsi, la meilleure d\u00e9finition de la reconnaissance est \u00ab\u00a0identifier\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0<em>et<\/em>\u00a0prendre au s\u00e9rieux.&quot;\u00a0<\/p><p>C\u2019est l\u00e0, et non pas dans la recherche du coupable, l\u2019objectif du processus.<\/p><p>Le psychologue Dr Daniel Kahneman a \u00e9crit\u00a0<em>Penser vite et lentement<\/em>\u00a0Il d\u00e9crit des exp\u00e9riences d\u00e9montrant comment nous, humains, percevons des choses qui sont \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s \u00e9quivalentes aux dangers. Je r\u00e9sumerais les 499 pages de son livre ainsi\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Pas tr\u00e8s bien\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p><p>Nous sommes des humains, pas des Vulcains. Contrairement \u00e0 M. Spock, l&#039;objectivit\u00e9 et la logique ne sont pas notre fort. Sinon, on ne verrait pas ce genre de choses dans les cours de reconnaissance des dangers\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li>Le plus virulent des critiques du comportement dangereux des autres fait conna\u00eetre haut et fort son opinion\u2026 tout en s&#039;appuyant sur les deux jambes de\u00a0<em>son<\/em>\u00a0chaise.<\/li><li>Apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9couvert une multitude de d\u00e9fauts dans une demi-douzaine de photos, lorsqu&#039;on leur montre une vid\u00e9o d&#039;une personne prenant un raccourci \u00e0 travers une zone de construction en se baissant sous un ruban de pr\u00e9caution, puis en tombant dans une fosse remplie d&#039;un liquide ressemblant \u00e0 de l&#039;eau, la plupart des \u00e9tudiants consid\u00e8rent cela comme \u00ab ne pas reconna\u00eetre le danger \u00bb.<\/li><li>Malgr\u00e9 toutes leurs critiques, lorsqu&#039;ils sont interrog\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re anonyme, les pairs sont tr\u00e8s peu enclins \u00e0 dire quoi que ce soit \u00e0 quelqu&#039;un qui travaille en danger.<\/li><\/ul><p>Si Kahneman \u00e9tait assis au fond de la salle, qu&#039;il entendait et voyait cela, il dirait que tout cela est tellement pr\u00e9visible. Il comparait ce genre de choses aux conversations \u00e0 la machine \u00e0 caf\u00e9 et aux ragots. Un autre domaine dans lequel nous excellons.<\/p><p>Je sais ce que tu penses : dis-moi quelque chose que je ne sais pas.<\/p><p><strong>D\u00e9m\u00ealer le probl\u00e8me<\/strong><\/p><p>En appliquant le conseil de Charles Kettering\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Un probl\u00e8me bien d\u00e9fini est un probl\u00e8me \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 r\u00e9solu\u00a0\u00bb, changer la dynamique de nos interactions avec les dangers potentiels commence par une meilleure compr\u00e9hension du probl\u00e8me. Donner aux gens les moyens\u00a0<em>discipline\u00a0<\/em>d&#039;un processus et\u00a0<em>temps<\/em>\u00a0pour observer, les adeptes sont tr\u00e8s dou\u00e9s pour identifier les dangers\u00a0<em>autres\u00a0<\/em>sont expos\u00e9s \u00e0.<\/p><p>Tenez compte de la discipline, du temps et des autres. Il est n\u00e9cessaire de dire aux gens exactement ce qu&#039;ils doivent faire.\u00a0<em>leur<\/em>\u00a0Le processus est simple. Demandez-leur comment ils observent les dangers\u00a0; leur r\u00e9ponse est simple\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Reconna\u00eetre les dangers\u00a0? Bien s\u00fbr. Regardez autour de vous, mec.\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0<\/p><p>Kahneman appelle cela \u00ab\u00a0penser vite\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0: faire quelque chose sans y consacrer beaucoup de temps. Penser vite est une chose que nous faisons g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement bien, mais par d\u00e9finition, c&#039;est quelque chose que nous ne faisons pas avec le temps.\u00a0<\/p><p>La communication complique encore les choses\u00a0: il manque un vocabulaire courant pour parler des dangers. Il n&#039;y a donc pas de meilleur point de d\u00e9part pour la formation qu&#039;une compr\u00e9hension commune du fait que la reconnaissance va au-del\u00e0 de l&#039;identification\u00a0: un danger doit \u00eatre pris au s\u00e9rieux, et non simplement signal\u00e9.<\/p><p>Ce n&#039;est pas qu&#039;on ne le sache pas. \u00ab\u00a0Ouais, c&#039;est bien un serpent \u00e0 sonnette. Il faut faire attention \u00e0 cette bestiole\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><p>Ce qui explique la vid\u00e9o de l&#039;homme qui passe sous le ruban de d\u00e9limitation, longe le bord de la fosse et finit par aller nager. Ironiquement, lorsque les participants \u00e0 un cours de reconnaissance des dangers sugg\u00e8rent qu&#039;il n&#039;a pas \u00ab\u00a0reconnu le danger\u00a0\u00bb, il est possible qu&#039;ils insinuent\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Oui, il a identifi\u00e9 le danger, mais ne l&#039;a pas pris au s\u00e9rieux. Sinon, il ne serait pas tomb\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><p>D\u00e9finie et comprise de cette mani\u00e8re, la reconnaissance des dangers est en fait un processus en deux parties : l&#039;identification<em>\u00a0et\u00a0<\/em>Action correspondante. Dans la logique de Spock, on parle de \u00ab n\u00e9cessaire versus suffisant \u00bb.<\/p><p>Non pas que ces termes doivent \u00eatre enseign\u00e9s \u00e0 vos abonn\u00e9s, mais le processus de reconnaissance devrait l\u2019\u00eatre.<\/p><p><strong>Voir quelque chose\u2026<\/strong><\/p><p>Enfin, canalis\u00e9e positivement, la propension naturelle des gens \u00e0 critiquer les autres est un atout majeur. Alors, laissez les critiques critiquer \u2013 haut et fort\u00a0! Quand Kahneman a \u00e9crit\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0\u2026il est bien plus facile d\u2019identifier un champ de mines quand on voit d\u2019autres s\u2019y aventurer\u2026\u00a0\u00bb, je doute qu\u2019il ait pens\u00e9 au champ de mines des risques industriels. Mais vous pouvez \u2013 et vous devriez.<\/p><p>Dans ce processus, le r\u00f4le du leader est de cr\u00e9er une culture o\u00f9 ses collaborateurs se sentent oblig\u00e9s d&#039;agir lorsqu&#039;ils identifient un danger ou une pr\u00e9occupation majeure. Vous voyez quelque chose\u00a0? Dites quelque chose\u00a0; agissez\u00a0! Il n&#039;y a pas de plus grand service qu&#039;ils puissent rendre \u00e0 eux-m\u00eames et \u00e0 leurs pairs.<\/p><p>Revenons donc \u00e0 notre point de d\u00e9part.
