Assis juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de lui, d\u00eenant d&#039;hu\u00eetres Rockefeller et de soupe aux tortues dans l&#039;un des meilleurs restaurants de la Nouvelle-Orl\u00e9ans.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Vous parlez d\u2019un \u00e9norme moment de haute influence\u00a0!<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Deux ans plus t\u00f4t, j&#039;avais accept\u00e9 l&#039;offre d&#039;emploi de ma vie : embauch\u00e9 en tant que contributeur individuel dans une toute nouvelle usine chimique sur les rives du fleuve Mississippi.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Bien s\u00fbr, je n\u2019\u00e9tais qu\u2019une parmi plusieurs milliers de personnes qui travaillaient l\u00e0-bas. Mais r\u00e9trospectivement, le travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 exactement comme promis. J&#039;ai eu le privil\u00e8ge de travailler dans l&#039;une des op\u00e9rations les plus s\u00fbres du secteur, de faire partie d&#039;une excellente culture de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d&#039;\u00eatre dirig\u00e9 par certains des meilleurs dirigeants du secteur.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>De grands dirigeants, une grande culture, une grande s\u00e9curit\u00e9 : ce n\u2019est pas une co\u00efncidence.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>L\u2019influence que ces dirigeants ont eu sur nous, nos disciples, \u00e9tait \u00e9norme. \u00c0 mon honneur, j\u2019ai pr\u00eat\u00e9 une attention particuli\u00e8re. Cinq d\u00e9cennies plus tard, ce que vous lisez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de moi \u00e9tait en grande partie fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 par leur pratique de leadership en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Observez, oui, mais cela n\u2019a aucun sens de risquer de ruiner ce que j\u2019esp\u00e9rais devenir un avenir prometteur en disant involontairement la mauvaise chose.
