C&#039;est un sujet qui a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 important pour moi, ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 un leader industriel avec beaucoup d&#039;\u00e9lectriciens sous ma supervision.<\/p><p>Une conversation avec mon fils m&#039;a marqu\u00e9. Nous discutions des raisons pour lesquelles les \u00e9lectriciens ne sont pas toujours 100% diligents pour tester les circuits apr\u00e8s les avoir isol\u00e9s. Bo, ayant travaill\u00e9 comme apprenti \u00e9lectricien, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que certains ne voyaient peut-\u00eatre pas cela comme un choix \u2013 c&#039;\u00e9tait simplement la fa\u00e7on dont les choses \u00e9taient faites. Il a soulign\u00e9 qu&#039;apr\u00e8s de nombreuses ann\u00e9es d&#039;exp\u00e9rience, c&#039;est une habitude et non un choix. La conversation a demand\u00e9 beaucoup de patience et de bonnes questions de ma part pour bien comprendre son point de vue.<\/p><p>Cela m&#039;a fait r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la perception du choix et \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on dont les dirigeants peuvent mieux \u00e9duquer leurs partisans sur l&#039;importance de faire de bons choix en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Ce n&#039;est pas toujours \u00e9vident pour les gens, surtout ceux qui sont nouveaux dans l&#039;industrie ou qui font les choses d&#039;une certaine mani\u00e8re depuis longtemps. En tant que leaders, nous devons prendre le temps d&#039;\u00e9couter nos followers et de poser les bonnes questions pour les aider \u00e0 comprendre pourquoi certaines mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sont n\u00e9cessaires, et c&#039;est \u00e0 eux de faire le bon choix, afin qu&#039;ils puissent rentrer chez eux en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9. des familles.<\/p><p>Ceci est particuli\u00e8rement important lorsqu&#039;il s&#039;agit de dangers qui ne sont pas imm\u00e9diatement visibles ou \u00e9vidents. Il est facile de reconna\u00eetre les dangers associ\u00e9s au m\u00e9tal en fusion ou \u00e0 la machinerie lourde, mais bon nombre des dangers auxquels nous sommes confront\u00e9s n\u00e9cessitent une diligence suppl\u00e9mentaire. comme tester un circuit pour s&#039;assurer qu&#039;il a bien \u00e9t\u00e9 mis hors tension apr\u00e8s l&#039;avoir verrouill\u00e9.<\/p><p>C&#039;est \u00e0 nous tous, en tant que leaders et suiveurs, de reconna\u00eetre les dangers et de choisir de faire les bons choix pour assurer notre s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et celle de nos coll\u00e8gues.
