Aucun leader qui prend la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au s\u00e9rieux ne vous laissera passer cela; aucun bon leader n&#039;acceptera de faire cette partie de son travail.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Bien s\u00fbr, les bons leaders ne limitent pas leurs commentaires sur les performances aux suiveurs qui ne travaillent pas en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Certains des meilleurs coachings se pr\u00e9sentent sous la forme d&#039;un renforcement positif d&#039;un comportement sain et s\u00fbr. Aka, louange.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Mais le leadership ne s&#039;exerce pas uniquement entre superviseurs et subordonn\u00e9s. Par exemple, il y a des moments o\u00f9 les suiveurs sont appel\u00e9s \u00e0 coacher le patron. Vous pouvez consid\u00e9rer cela comme une &quot;direction ascendante&quot;. Diriger vers le haut n&#039;est pas n\u00e9cessairement la chose la plus facile \u00e0 faire, mais c&#039;est parfois exactement ce qui est n\u00e9cessaire ; personne n&#039;est parfait, pas m\u00eame le patron. C&#039;est le m\u00eame processus; mais cela fonctionne dans une direction diff\u00e9rente, avec une dynamique diff\u00e9rente.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Il y a une place dans tout cela pour les pairs. Qu&#039;ils soient positifs ou correctifs, les commentaires sur les performances des pairs peuvent \u00eatre l&#039;un des coachings les plus pr\u00e9cieux que l&#039;on puisse obtenir. Si l&#039;aide apport\u00e9e est honn\u00eate, sp\u00e9cifique et donn\u00e9e dans le but d&#039;aider un pair \u00e0 travailler en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9, vous devez savoir qu&#039;elle peut vraiment faire une diff\u00e9rence.
