Et quels changements ai-je faits qui ne deviendront jamais une force d&#039;habitude? \u00bb<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Je ne connais pas vos sentiments sur ce dernier, mais j&#039;ai h\u00e2te de ne pas avoir \u00e0 porter un masque chirurgical lors de l&#039;\u00e9picerie.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>L\u00e0 o\u00f9 j&#039;habite, porter un masque n&#039;est plus une question de choix; c&#039;est maintenant la loi. L&#039;\u00e9quipement de protection individuelle a \u00e9t\u00e9 mandat\u00e9 comme moyen de r\u00e9duire le risque de COVID. Bien s\u00fbr, il existe d&#039;autres moyens de r\u00e9duire les risques: nettoyer, d\u00e9sinfecter, garder ses distances, rester \u00e0 la maison. Plus vous faites ce genre de choses, moins vous avez de chances de le faire.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Cela devrait vous sembler familier: pour les dangers rencontr\u00e9s au travail, vous faites des choses comme \u00e7a tout le temps. C&#039;\u00e9tait comme une sc\u00e8ne d&#039;un spectacle de com\u00e9die du samedi soir. Sauf que ce n&#039;\u00e9tait pas de la com\u00e9die: c&#039;\u00e9tait la sant\u00e9 publique avec laquelle ils jouaient.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Voil\u00e0 pour de nouvelles habitudes.<\/p><p><strong>\u00c0 propos de Habit<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Dans les cercles de gestion, l&#039;habitude est l&#039;un de ces mots jet\u00e9s dans la conversation sans trop r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la signification r\u00e9elle du mot habitude. J&#039;ai mis l&#039;habitude sur ma liste de raccourcis pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s, un raccourci \u00e9tant un terme artistique utilis\u00e9 par les dirigeants pour lesquels il n&#039;y a pas de d\u00e9finition ou de compr\u00e9hension commune. L&#039;habitude est juste l\u00e0 sur la liste des raccourcis avec la responsabilit\u00e9, l&#039;attitude, le contr\u00f4le, la culture, l&#039;att\u00e9nuation et le risque. Si vous pouvez expliquer chacun de ces raccourcis en anglais simple - de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu&#039;un \u00e9l\u00e8ve de cinqui\u00e8me ann\u00e9e puisse vous comprendre - vous \u00eates mon h\u00e9ros.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Et si vous ne le pouvez pas, pourquoi utilisez-vous l&#039;un de ces raccourcis?<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>En ce qui concerne l&#039;habitude, une habitude est-elle un comportement courant et couramment pratiqu\u00e9? De nos jours, la plupart d&#039;entre nous bouclent la ceinture sans m\u00eame penser que nous le faisons, mais ce n&#039;\u00e9tait pas toujours le cas. Je suis assez vieux pour entendre l&#039;argument de ceux qui s&#039;opposent \u00e0 l&#039;attachement, craignant d&#039;\u00eatre coinc\u00e9s dans un v\u00e9hicule en feu.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Oui, cela pourrait arriver, mais quelles sont les chances?\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>En d\u00e9finissant l&#039;habitude, il y a un monde de diff\u00e9rence entre un comportement conscient et inconscient. S&#039;il en \u00e9tait autrement, il y aurait des jours o\u00f9 vous seriez \u00e0 mi-chemin du travail avant de r\u00e9aliser: \u00abOh, c&#039;est samedi, n&#039;est-ce pas. Je pars aujourd&#039;hui. &quot;\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>\u00c0 quand remonte la derni\u00e8re fois que quelque chose comme \u00e7a s&#039;est produit?<br \/>\u00a0<br \/><strong>La valeur de l&#039;habitude<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Il n&#039;y a rien de mal \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer un comportement conscient, routinier et banal comme une habitude. Nous avons tous des comportements routiniers et ordinaires que nous adoptons parce que nous le voulons ou le devons. Nous nous levons le matin et partons travailler assez t\u00f4t pour \u00eatre s\u00fbrs d&#039;\u00eatre \u00e0 l&#039;heure. Bien s\u00fbr, le week-end, on dort tard car on n&#039;a pas \u00e0 se lever t\u00f4t pour \u00eatre \u00e0 l&#039;heure.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Nous \u00e9tiquetons les comportements \u00abhabitudes\u00bb. Sur le chemin du travail, nous suivons un itin\u00e9raire et suivons la limite de vitesse. Quant \u00e0 savoir pourquoi nous avons l&#039;habitude de suivre la limite de vitesse (ou d&#039;ailleurs, d&#039;adopter un bon comportement qui correspond \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition de l&#039;habitude, comme porter un masque en entrant dans une \u00e9picerie o\u00f9 l&#039;on est maintenant requis), nous avons nos raisons. Vous, par exemple, pourriez \u00eatre un conducteur tr\u00e8s prudent. Peut-\u00eatre que vous faites attention simplement parce que vous ne voulez pas avoir d&#039;accident, vous blesser ou blesser quelqu&#039;un d&#039;autre. Mais supposez que vous conduisez la limite de vitesse simplement parce que vous ne voulez pas obtenir de billet. La raison pour laquelle quelqu&#039;un choisit de faire la bonne chose - respecter la limite de vitesse ou porter un masque dans une \u00e9picerie - vous importe-t-elle? Soit c&#039;est le cas, soit ce ne l&#039;est pas.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Mais supposons que vous conduisiez depuis si longtemps et que vous soyez si familier avec la conduite au travail que, tout comme la boucle de votre ceinture de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, vous conduisez \u00e0 la bonne vitesse sans m\u00eame avoir \u00e0 y penser.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/><br \/>C&#039;est la fa\u00e7on \u00e9troite de d\u00e9finir l&#039;habitude: un comportement fait sans pens\u00e9e consciente. Une \u00e9tude a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que 40% de nos routines quotidiennes normales entrent dans cette cat\u00e9gorie: comportement fait non pas par choix, mais par habitude!<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Quelle que soit la d\u00e9finition de l&#039;habitude - large ou \u00e9troite - ce que nous faisons par habitude joue un grand r\u00f4le dans nos vies. Compte tenu de l&#039;impact que l&#039;habitude a sur nos vies, de sa contribution \u00e0 notre sant\u00e9, \u00e0 notre s\u00e9curit\u00e9, \u00e0 notre succ\u00e8s et \u00e0 notre qualit\u00e9 de vie, le r\u00f4le de l&#039;habitude devient encore plus important.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Les petites choses jouent un r\u00f4le important, un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne que le monde militaire a identifi\u00e9 il y a des si\u00e8cles. Ils appellent cela la discipline, dans le sens d&#039;imposer de l&#039;ordre, obs\u00e9dant les d\u00e9tails, insistant pour que les choses se fassent d&#039;une certaine mani\u00e8re. &quot;Prenez soin des petites choses, et les grandes choses ont tendance \u00e0 prendre soin d&#039;eux-m\u00eames.&quot;<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Faites en sorte que les comportements s\u00e9curitaires soient une habitude, et ils ne sont pas activ\u00e9s et d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9s au d\u00e9but et \u00e0 la fin de la journ\u00e9e. Par habitude, ce client de l&#039;\u00e9picerie portant l&#039;uniforme de l&#039;entreprise porterait un masque parce que c&#039;est obligatoire, et ne penserait pas \u00e0 se comporter autrement.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>C&#039;est un moyen parfait de comprendre l&#039;objectif et la valeur de l&#039;habitude.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/><strong>Changer les habitudes<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Finalement, bon nombre de ces nouvelles exigences et attentes suscit\u00e9es par le niveau actuel des pr\u00e9cautions sanitaires dispara\u00eetront dans le pass\u00e9. Avec eux, beaucoup de ces soi-disant nouvelles habitudes que nous avons tous d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es dispara\u00eetront.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Mais pas tout. Certains comportements perdureront car nous choisissons consciemment de continuer \u00e0 les pratiquer. Vous pourriez d\u00e9cider que les r\u00e9unions d&#039;\u00e9quipe sur Zoom sont une excellente id\u00e9e. Le comportement peut devenir quelque chose que nous faisons sans m\u00eame penser que nous le faisons. Imaginez la tradition de la poign\u00e9e de main c\u00e9dant la place au contact visuel, un sourire et quelques mots aimables. Le temps nous le dira.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Cr\u00e9atures d&#039;habitude que nous sommes tous, nous avons des habitudes, bonnes et mauvaises. Boucler la ceinture de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et s&#039;accrocher \u00e0 la main courante sont de bonnes habitudes. Conduire au-dessus de la limite de vitesse et parler au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable en conduisant - si cela se fait r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement - sont des exemples de mauvaises habitudes. Si vous voulez am\u00e9liorer votre vie, cultivez de bonnes habitudes et changez les mauvaises habitudes. Enfin, il y a l&#039;investissement d&#039;\u00e9nergie pour se comporter diff\u00e9remment.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Vous pensez que c&#039;est facile?<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Un nouveau comportement est souvent g\u00eanant, inconfortable, difficile et prend du temps. L&#039;ancien comportement \u00e9tait si facile qu&#039;il ne fallait pas r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir. C&#039;\u00e9tait l&#039;habitude.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Vous pourriez ne pas aimer le nouveau comportement que vous mettez sur un bit sacr\u00e9ment. C&#039;est clairement ce que vous faites: \u00abadopter un comportement\u00bb. Ce n&#039;est donc pas toi. Mais vous le faites quand m\u00eame, parce que vous le vouliez et que vous avez d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de le faire. Ou a d\u00fb: changer - ou bien!<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Voil\u00e0 comment cela fonctionne.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Pensez-y la prochaine fois que vous travaillerez \u00e0 changer vos habitudes.
