Et les dirigeants doivent assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de leurs partisans. En pratique, tout adepte qui se met en danger ne rend pas service au patron.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Alors ne le fais pas. Dis juste non.&quot;\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>C&#039;est une \u00e9vidence. Au moins en th\u00e9orie. Une standing ovation pour avoir fait la bonne chose? Un gros b\u00e2illement: quel est le probl\u00e8me avec \u00e7a? Cela arrive tout le temps.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Si cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 votre exp\u00e9rience, consid\u00e9rez-vous chanceux: tous les leaders ne peuvent pas en dire autant. Vous voudrez peut-\u00eatre remercier votre patron, et le patron de votre patron, d&#039;avoir bien compris cet aspect essentiel du leadership en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Malheureusement, tous les dirigeants n\u2019ont pas bien compris, y compris certains qui \u00e9taient consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme tr\u00e8s bons pour diriger. Si vous \u00eates un lecteur r\u00e9gulier des NEWS, vous vous souviendrez <a href=\"https:\/\/balmert.com\/fr\/2019\/07\/31\/managing-risk-the-right-stuff\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e9dition du mois dernier<\/a>, qui a racont\u00e9 la triste histoire de deux dirigeants responsables d&#039;Apollo 1, Joe Shea et Gene Kranz.<br \/><br \/>Dans les ann\u00e9es 60, travaillant pour la NASA, \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9poque de l&#039;organisation ultime \u00abCan do\u00bb, ces deux des meilleurs et des plus brillants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 emport\u00e9s sur le moment, disant: \u00abCan do\u00bb alors qu&#039;ils auraient d\u00fb dire: \u00abNo can faire.&quot; Leur \u00e9chec collectif a co\u00fbt\u00e9 la vie \u00e0 trois des\u00a0<em>leur\u00a0<\/em>les astronautes.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Gene Kranz s&#039;est remis de son \u00e9chec. Revenons \u00e0 vos bons adeptes: comment les amener \u00e0 faire la bonne chose, \u00e0 arr\u00eater le travail quand c&#039;est la bonne chose \u00e0 faire? Dans mon livre, c&#039;est l&#039;une des questions les plus importantes que chaque dirigeant doit se poser - et \u00e0 laquelle il y a de bonnes r\u00e9ponses.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Pensez-vous qu&#039;un sacr\u00e9 bon discours sur le sujet fera l&#039;affaire? Ou un seul e-mail, diffus\u00e9 \u00e0 tous et affich\u00e9 sur le babillard de la salle de conf\u00e9rence?<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Moi non plus.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Alors, que faites-vous pour faire une diff\u00e9rence? Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, pour rendre ce processus de travail diff\u00e9rent?<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>La premi\u00e8re et la plus \u00e9vidente r\u00e9ponse est de donner l&#039;exemple. Il y a un corollaire \u00e0 la loi de Murphy qui dit: \u00abSi vous pensez que quelque chose est facile, essayez de le faire vous-m\u00eame. Les adeptes le comprennent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement mieux que leurs dirigeants.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Pour un leader, dire non n&#039;est pas forc\u00e9ment facile, car cela a un co\u00fbt.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Quant \u00e0 savoir quoi faire d&#039;autre, voici un outil que vous pourriez envisager d&#039;ajouter au mix. Cela s&#039;appelle une analyse du champ de force. Malgr\u00e9 son nom fantaisiste, l&#039;analyse du champ de force est une technique tr\u00e8s simple pour analyser le comportement humain normal.
