Ils ont rendu le look facile et cool.<\/p><p>Nous avons compens\u00e9 notre manque de talent naturel en leadership en \u00e9tudiant dur et en obtenant de bonnes notes. En fin de compte, cela a conduit \u00e0 l&#039;obtention du dipl\u00f4me et au d\u00e9but d&#039;une bonne carri\u00e8re. C&#039;est \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 que nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 que le jeu \u00e9tait ax\u00e9 sur la \u00abgestion\u00bb et que nous ne devions vraiment pas diriger.<\/p><h4><strong>G\u00e9rer, d\u00e9fini<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/h4><p>Le consultant Louis Allen a d\u00e9fini les quatre \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la gestion comme la planification, la direction, l&#039;organisation et le contr\u00f4le. Ils sont tous d&#039;une importance cruciale pour l&#039;objectif de renvoyer les gens chez eux en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin de la journ\u00e9e. La planification consiste \u00e0 disposer de syst\u00e8mes et de m\u00e9thodes qui mettent les bons outils, \u00e9quipements et m\u00e9thodes entre les mains de ceux qui font le travail. Nous annoncerions une d\u00e9cision importante \u00e0 notre personnel - la communiquer en expliquant toutes les raisons pour lesquelles elle \u00e9tait parfaitement logique - et elle se heurterait \u00e0 une vive r\u00e9sistance. Nous rappelons aux gens ce que nous avons dit auparavant et ils disent que c&#039;est la premi\u00e8re fois qu&#039;ils l&#039;entendent. Nous \u00e9coutions patiemment, mais ce que nous entendions habituellement, c&#039;\u00e9tait des reproches et des excuses.<\/p><p>\u00catre le leader est un devoir difficile.<\/p><h4><strong>Nos dirigeants les plus admir\u00e9s<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/h4><p>Pensez \u00e0 la question: \u00abQuels sont les dirigeants que nous avons connus de notre vivant et que nous admirons le plus?\u00bb Nous trions les rangs des entra\u00eeneurs, des g\u00e9n\u00e9raux, des \u00e9lus et des personnalit\u00e9s publiques; il n&#039;est pas difficile de dresser une liste. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision et aux films, il y a de fortes chances que les noms sur la liste des baby-boomers soient assez similaires.<\/p><p>C&#039;est frappant ce que nos dirigeants les plus admir\u00e9s n&#039;ont pas en commun. Certains \u00e9taient des orateurs brillants, et d&#039;autres des introvertis complets. Certains dirigeaient avec une autorit\u00e9 formelle, et d&#039;autres semblaient simplement capables de \u00abcr\u00e9er des adeptes\u00bb pour leurs id\u00e9es. Certains \u00e9taient des gars durs aux yeux d&#039;acier - comme le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Patton, et d&#039;autres dirigeaient de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s passive - comme Gandhi.<\/p><p>Ce que nos dirigeants les plus admir\u00e9s ont en commun est une liste tr\u00e8s courte: ils avaient tous eu quelque chose d&#039;important \u00e0 accomplir; ils ont agi selon leurs convictions; et leurs actions ont produit des r\u00e9sultats. Et pourquoi il est beaucoup plus confortable et s\u00fbr de simplement g\u00e9rer - planifier, organiser et contr\u00f4ler.<\/p><p>Quand il s&#039;agit de performances de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, il y a toujours beaucoup \u00e0 g\u00e9rer. Effectuer les inspections; entretenir l&#039;\u00e9quipement; fournir la formation; terminer les \u00e9valuations.
