Como l\u00edder, responder preguntas es una parte importante de tu rol. Conocer las respuestas y compartir tus conocimientos es fundamental para que tus seguidores puedan realizar su trabajo de forma segura y eficaz. Como probablemente sepas, los seguidores pueden hacer preguntas excelentes, preguntas no tan buenas o, lo que es peor, ninguna pregunta.\u00a0<\/p>

Si bien responder bien las preguntas de tus seguidores garantiza que tengan las respuestas correctas a las preguntas que pensaron hacer, eso no garantiza que sepan las respuestas a lo que no preguntaron ni que entiendan todo lo que necesitan saber.\u00a0<\/p>

Asegurarse de que comprendan lo que necesitan saber requiere una forma diferente de cuestionar: sus preguntas como l\u00edder.\u00a0<\/p>

Pensemos en este ejemplo reciente, en el que la falta de comprensi\u00f3n acerca del peligro que entra\u00f1an los gases de alcantarillado en una zanja result\u00f3 fatal.\u00a0<\/p>

Imag\u00ednese que les hubieran hecho, antes de empezar a trabajar, preguntas como:<\/p>

  • \u00bfA qu\u00e9 tipo de peligros podr\u00eda enfrentarse hoy en d\u00eda?<\/li>
  • \u00bfQu\u00e9 indicar\u00eda la presencia de H2S en ausencia de un detector personal?<\/li>
  • \u00bfC\u00f3mo se debe responder ante una emergencia en un espacio confinado?<\/li><\/ul>

    Liderar con preguntas como estas es una pr\u00e1ctica de liderazgo fundamental para garantizar que nada de esto les suceda a sus buenos seguidores.\u00a0<\/p>
