Los llamamos l\u00edderes, bajo cuyo paraguas se enmarca el coach.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Pero \u00bfqu\u00e9 significa exactamente \u201centrenar\u201d la seguridad?<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Seg\u00fan Wikipedia, \u201cel coaching es una forma de desarrollo en la que una persona con experiencia\u2026 apoya a un alumno o cliente para que logre un objetivo personal o profesional espec\u00edfico brind\u00e1ndole formaci\u00f3n y orientaci\u00f3n\u201d. Y que \u201cel coaching se diferencia de la mentor\u00eda en que se centra en tareas u objetivos espec\u00edficos, en lugar de en objetivos m\u00e1s generales o en el desarrollo general\u201d.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Formaci\u00f3n y orientaci\u00f3n\u2026 En el caso de la seguridad, el conocimiento para realizar el trabajo de forma segura y orientaci\u00f3n sobre c\u00f3mo poner en pr\u00e1ctica ese conocimiento. Coaching.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Si alguna vez ha observado a un buen entrenador deportivo, probablemente pueda imaginarse c\u00f3mo es ese proceso cuando se hace bien (o no). Primero se ense\u00f1an las t\u00e9cnicas y luego se refuerza su implementaci\u00f3n (positiva o negativamente). Si el entrenamiento se realiza bien, tambi\u00e9n escuchar\u00e1 muchas preguntas.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Para usted, como l\u00edder y entrenador, esto sugiere tres pr\u00e1cticas simples:<br \/>\u00a0<\/div><ul><li>Aseg\u00farese de que todos conozcan el \u201cobjetivo\u201d. Nadie se va a casa herido o algo peor.<\/li><li>Haga muchas preguntas para asegurarse de que todos tengan el conocimiento necesario para lograr el objetivo.<\/li><li>Proporcionar
