Si trabaja para un jefe que es bueno en su trabajo, espera escuchar cu\u00e1ndo no est\u00e1 trabajando de manera segura. Ning\u00fan l\u00edder que se tome en serio la seguridad le dar\u00e1 un pase en eso; ning\u00fan buen l\u00edder rechazar\u00e1 realizar esa parte de su trabajo.

Por supuesto, los buenos l\u00edderes no limitan su retroalimentaci\u00f3n de desempe\u00f1o a los seguidores que no est\u00e1n trabajando de manera segura. Parte del mejor entrenamiento viene en forma de refuerzo positivo de un comportamiento bueno y seguro. Alias, alabanza.

Pero el liderazgo no solo se da entre supervisores y subordinados. Por ejemplo, hay momentos en que se pide a los seguidores que entrenen al jefe. Puedes pensar en eso como "liderar hacia arriba". Liderar hacia arriba no es necesariamente lo m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de hacer, pero a veces es exactamente lo que se necesita; nadie es perfecto, ni siquiera el jefe. Es el mismo proceso; pero funciona en una direcci\u00f3n diferente, con din\u00e1micas diferentes.

Hay un lugar en todo esto para los compa\u00f1eros. Ya sea positivo o correctivo, la retroalimentaci\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o de los compa\u00f1eros puede ser uno de los entrenamientos m\u00e1s valiosos que cualquiera puede recibir.
