En cuanto a esa nueva normalidad, nos est\u00e1 obligando a romper viejos h\u00e1bitos y formar otros nuevos, muchos de los cuales est\u00e1n directamente relacionados con evitar que seamos perjudicados por el peligro llamado COVID 19.

Para esa computadora maravillosa e incre\u00edblemente complicada que se sienta sobre los hombros de todos los que vivimos en el planeta, un h\u00e1bito es nuestra forma innata de presionar el bot\u00f3n f\u00e1cil. Un h\u00e1bito puede ser algo bueno, como abrocharse el cintur\u00f3n de seguridad y aferrarse al pasamanos, y un h\u00e1bito puede ser malo, como comer las donas sentadas junto a la cafetera en una clase de entrenamiento.
