Information we collect

Website forms can collect the details you choose to provide, such as contact information, inquiry messages, registration information, and privacy-safe attribution data used to understand how people reach the site.

Training feedback requires your company and scores. Your name, title, email address, and written comments are optional. If you submit without your name, your company remains attached to help Balmert Consulting understand the class context.

How we use training feedback

Accepted feedback is stored through Balmert Consulting's form workflow. It is used to improve Balmert classes and notify the Balmert team immediately after a response is accepted. Scores and comments are kept out of advertising conversion reporting and public analytics events.

Testimonials and permission

Balmert Consulting may quote written feedback only at the attribution level you select on the feedback form. Your email address is never part of public attribution. You can withdraw testimonial permission by contacting Balmert Consulting through the contact page.

Google reviews, newsletters, and marketing

Leaving a Google review is separate from testimonial permission. The optional Google link opens Google's review flow, and Balmert Consulting does not copy your private feedback into a review or post a review on your behalf.

Submitting training feedback does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize other marketing use of your email address. Newsletter consent and other marketing permissions are requested separately where offered.
